Steven Mullan’s journey began with a deep passion for enhancing workplace safety and compliance. After recognising critical gaps in health and safety practices across multiple industries, he established SM Safety Training & Consultancy Ltd in 2015, initially focusing on first aid training. Over time, the company expanded its services to cover a wide range of industries, offering bespoke training and consultancy solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses.

Expertise Built on Experience
Before founding SM Safety Training & Consultancy, Steven spent 24 years in the military, serving across the UK and overseas in countries such as Canada, Kenya, Germany, Poland, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo, and Bosnia. His military background instilled core values of resilience, leadership, and adaptability, which he now brings to the business. Steven’s experience working in high-risk environments equipped him with the unique ability to implement robust safety strategies and training programmes for businesses of all sizes.
